The Board of a certain donut bakery decided their customers didn't want chocolate chip muffins any more.
They obviously didn't ask my husband.
At his request - and to answer the silent prayers of his fellow devotees - we're offering an homage to those muffins, big, crumbly, complete with the sugar crystals on top!

If you're wanting to make Foccacia Bread for the first time, please let me save you the time. It is time consuming, but the reward is pulling your masterpiece from the oven and he! The first time I made this my youngest daughters first words were, "Ohhh, Fancy!" She wasn't completely wrong! This is exquisite! Perfectly soft and crunchy. All of the roasted vegetables on top make this a year round treat~
This is a day long project, so we request orders to be placed in advance!
